Due to curiosity, I just called them and they said it was a clerical error within their systems and that they would call me back within the hour with a proper quote. Not very re-assuring but at least the guy was kind and helpful.

They have not called me back so I don't think I will bother with them, don't care how much they sponsor Shakey for!
Sounds like they have gave you a price for what the bike was worth when new.
They must be overpaying Shakey :oops: ....I use insurance comparison sites and then go back to my insurance company and get them to match the cheapest quote. It's an annual process but well worth the hassle when you see what you can save :popcorn:
