Guys n gals seem to remember somebody posted a series of pics showing how they refilled the unrefillable(is that even a word🤔🤔) rear adjuster. Does anyone remember that mines just spinning and I don't have a spare kidney to sell to replace shock and adjuster (and I'm cheap😔). Any help would be greatly received 👍😁😁

This may not be what you are looking for....as I think it's more about the rear shock..
Aaaagh that's the kiddo. Well done Jim top man. I knew I'd seen it ,yea good stuff I'll av a crack at this shortly and let you know how I got on. Away having treatment at mo so can't do much at mo but if I can throw a few pics in too I def will 👌👌👌📸📸
Hi Macskwak,
If you cant get yours sorted i have a good spare from an 09 (which dont seize). I bought it to give me remote preload and stronger spring for my ZZR 14 but the shock is too long
make me an offer (in Colchester)
regards Coman
He has to go to Colchester just to make an offer? Can't he use email 😜

:listencarefully:
You can make an offer from wherever you are, I'll even post it there at your cost, but it would be so much easier if you can collect it from Colchester
Coman
Coman I'm sorry fella been havin treatment been away for a few days. That would be great mate and I am now actually in Colchester how fateful is that. Not sure what a good offer is I don't want to insult you. Tell me what you need n we can meet up n do a deal. Your a life saver 👍👍👍
Big shout out for Coman 37 good to his word came up with terrific example of rear shock and adjuster. Helps me big time Thanks again Coman enjoy ur trip away 👍👍👍👍👍😎🌞🌞🌞☀️☀️☀️☀️
:smartass: follow up to my rear shock n preloader. Coman 37 sold me a used unit complete and I've installed and tested :clap:very happy to say it's planted the bike nicely. I can't believe I rode it so long the other way bouncing about with zero preload. Made big difference. A question though, does it mean I will feel bumps a bit more than I would have or am I just imagining that :ohplease:
Hi Macskwak,
Glad to see you got it fitted and that it's working ok after sitting on the shelf for a year.
If you are feeling more bumps you may have it set too stiff, reduce the preload.
I'm sure somewhere on here there will be a suspension set up guide.
Find a setting nearest to your weight and riding style and try that.
Then try +5 clicks,
then try -5 clicks(from base or -10 from where you added +5, I hope you understand that!)
Weathers perfect, 29-35c, bit overcast but that will clear, I'm taking the Tiger to get some new Tyres later, then I'll take a ride into the mountains to scrub them in
Enjoy your thunderstorms (the weather not the bike!!)
Coman
Aah Coman how lucky are you slapping ur bike round the twisted.very nice. I'm avin more treatment so can't get out on it at Mo but looking forward to the day I can.always miss my bike when I'm away. :biker3: decided to put front n rear wheel bearings in it too because it's done fifty five and not all my mileage so they're cheap enough to do for the peace of mind.thats another job out the way  next up some brake pads I assume edc hh is the way to go
I'll try the other stuff with the preloader too coman will be trial and error I think eh
