A band-aid and touch-up paint should take care of that.

OK, deserves the pain for riding in that attire, but what sufferance will that idiot pulling the boat suffer!
Insecure loads really get to me, recall on the M5 dodging filled nappy sacks falling from a dustbin liner on a roof rack years ago riding me CB400N, and a mate who had a pushbike bouncing down the M20 narrowly missing his Pan!
There's a law, supposedly, preventing trailers in the right hand lane and a speed limit of 60!   :whistling:
But tie anything on or load it on the roof and no restriction! Ludicrous!
I really hope the rider survived and recovered, his road-craft seemed fair, just dammed unfortunate on path choice with a moving hazard!

If I come up on anything remotely looking like it could fall off, I either back away or get the heck beyond it.  With a C14, this isn't hard to do.  This item was screaming I'm going to fall off and hurt you badly.

The guy completely took the wrong line to avoid the hazard. A move to the left would have ensured a total miss. By moving right he put himself on a collision course  :shit:  :shit:  :shit:
Maybe he should consider some advanced rider training   :smartass:

I just noticed that the two cars passing the scene of the accident didn't even stop

I think they do stop...eventually. If you pause the video just before it goes off you can see the front car indicating to stop on the hard shoulder and the 2nd car is pulling up behind.  It could be just wishful thinking on my part, surely no one would just drive on and leave a fellow human being in the road  :nono:  :nono:
