Title: Observations from the rear.
Post by: GTRpilot on June 13, 2016, 04:39:43 PM
First long weekend completed with my wife as pillion. Observation from the rear we're,

Very comfy, pegs are okay, lowering kit not required, rubber pegs would probably be better. No buffeting at speed  :whistling: more comfy than my previous Pan ST13, even though sat slightly higher. Only minus was the Top Sellerie seat, which is quite short at the back for the pillion, so could feel the ridge on the back of the seat.

Happy with that, have to look into putting the same make of seat on the GTR that I had on the Pan and Blackbird.

Hi Birdpilot.
How did you find the Top Sellerie seat!.
I have a Kawasaki gel seat it's a bit lower an inch 25 mm I think they say.
I found it hard and my bum went numb on a long run on the plus side more area for the pillion

Not bad for me, 100+ miles before a stop and was okay.
