Somehow I've go this mark on my subframe

I'ma assuming someone has scratched it when moving stuff around the yard at work - removals men were in and there's no other damage.
Would normal touch up pens do the job?
Carbon fibre sticker because I cannot touch up for toffee

thats your trouser leg doing that damage..... IMO. its too graded to be impact damage.
It will happen again.... you could use a light grading cloth, and use a grey touchup paint pen (halfords), yes its not going to make it disappear - but it will make it less obvious.
and its likely - you'll be the only one to ever notice it....

:agree: with Neil, I can see the start of some rust there too so a light rub down with something non aggressive like Scotchbright pad and then touch up or better still attach a protective sticker over it

That's a bit shit Kawasaki.
I've found touch up pens on RS Paints but it's £27 for the paint and lacquer.
Has anyone used a Halfords kit or similar and know which one to go for that matches the colour?
doesn't make any difference on manufacturer - GSXR750 used to do it with boots on the swing arm.
the only way to stop this happening is - a) choose your clothing more carefully or b) do a polished stainless steel or titanium frame.
Don't think the manufacturers are going to attempt b. but its worth a shot!
ps. Gold would do the trick, but its heavy and most probably a little bit too soft as a metal and would wear away! very expensive.
:-)
I don't think you can reasonably wave a finger at Kawasaki, I've had exactly the same scenario with other makes of bike in the past, boots and clothing are inevitably going to come into contact with parts of a motorcycle, the older the bike and the more mileage it has covered the greater the chance is of this happening
