Owners just don't give a toss these days I live in a flat and around me in 5 flats there are 8 dogs
The Coucil just don't care about the mess and noise .
Cool guy, especially after seeing other videos of US cops just shooting dogs when police approach houses uninvited.
Great outcome, you could see the dogs were in a state of high anxiety but not bad in themselves. Need more cool heads like this , well done dude.

Totally agreed.......I'd be very wary of a dog and even more so where there are two of them frothing at the mouth.
