Title: Innov C3 or K1...or something else totally different ?
Post by: UncleBigBad on May 22, 2016, 04:57:51 PM
oooh these look nice http://www.innovv.com/#!the-c3/c18kr (http://www.innovv.com/#!the-c3/c18kr) - anybody got one ?
I'm after a discreet, fit and forget style on board camera that I can fix to the bike (was thinking of fitting it under the headlamp between the air intakes), permanently wire in and leave recording on a loop.

Has anybody tied the Innov products and have any reviews to offer, or alternatives even.  I don't really want a helmet mount if I can avoid one, but do accept that the angle of view from a higher mounting may be beneficial.  The intended use is primarily for in case a cager ruins my day.

Cheers as ever peoples :-)

It's  a Road Hawk Ride.
Comes with a hard wired lead as well as battery and a few different mounts.

Easy to fit or did you get someone else to sort it?

Simple.
Just find an earth and switched live
You could use the accessory cabling on the left hand side.
Cable ties to tie up the excess cable and stick the carrier where ever you want using the 3M pad provided. Making sure the area is decreased1st.
