I have a TomTom Bandit action cam. Quite happy with it too. Only problem is the sound due to wind noise and connecting an external mic is a bit cumbersome. Image quality is good.
They update their firmware quite regularly too, adding new features or squashing bugs. The "shake" to create a movie function based on automatic recorded highlights is quite nice if you want something quick. For the real editing, you still have to do it manually.
Anything specific you want to know?
Yip
i have heard about the wind noise being quite loud, have you used the water proof lens? does that help with wind noise?
thanks.

The fully waterproof lens covers the mic completely meaning hardly any sound at all, not even the part you may want to hear.
Thanks, just tried mine for the 1st time helmet mounted with the waterproof lens and yes cant hear a thing. :tank:
I'd recommend something from the Drift range of cameras. I have a Ghost HD because it has a microphone input. If you don't need that there are cheaper, with same picture quality, models in the range that are cheaper. I like the fact it is waterproof out of the box with no add on case, and the lense can be rotated allowing a lot of placement locations while still keeping the horizon, well, horizontal.
