I have just renewed my breakdown cover with Start Rescue. I have level 2 cover which covers nationwide recovery, accommodation etc and is only £23 for the year.
I did have to use it a couple of years ago when I had an un-repairable puncture but the did turn up and recover me, albeit having to swap vans half way up the country.
I can definitely recommend them as I haven't found anything this cheap
