Title: Following On From My Introduction
Post by: Raven on March 14, 2016, 07:47:53 PM
Hi guys

Thanks for the welcome messages and the comments about my photos. O.C. - photography is not my trade I did used to be an accomplished amateur but no so much nowadays still got my camera and photoshop is a great help  :mfr_lol:

I've been out on the bike a few times now so getting used to it. When I bought it it had a Cee Bailey screen fitted and a set of handle bar risers I took these items off. I didn't like the screen as it was to tall for me I would rather look just over the top then through the screen so I'm finding the standard one just fine so far. I'm contemplating re-fitting the risers just to see if it makes any great difference to the riding position.

What are your thoughts on the gel seat are they any great benefit??

Thanks again for the welcome messages
Raven

well your photography is very good

The Kawasaki accessory gel seat is at first quite firm, but after a while it gets used to your bum and visa versa  :mfr_lol:

I had one of these seats on a previous GTR,  they are a bit pricey,  but good quality

Hi Raven

If you don't get on with the bar risers let me know i am contemplating trying some.

Also thinking about adding a gel, i had one on the Pan and loved it but the GTR seat seems very comfortable so might try the first tour in April without.
