Title: Momentary push switch
Post by: Burchy on February 23, 2016, 07:00:48 PM
I'm after a bit of help, please guys.

I'm converting an Aprilia to right hand only operation.  My nipper had a bad crash a year ago but now want to try to get back on 2 wheels, but has no function in his left arm or hand.

I have managed to get all the wiring across from the left except for the indicator cancelling switch.  What I'm looking for is a small, normally open, momentary switch that I can fit onto the existing switchgear on the right hand side.  Someting the size of a round horn button

I seem to remember someone here managed to fit something like this to the left side switch cluster, but I can't find that thread.

Nipper would be SOOOO grateful

Can't help with the switch but have you tried NABD?

That one you see wasn't very good as the water got in, so I bought these instead.. They are called Miniature Momentary Switch. I used it to scroll through the menu on the dash.

It was on my 09 bike and it had to be a miniature switch because there isn't much room inside the housing for anything bigger.
