Seems to be a good bit of kit at that price with good reviews!
Anyone any experience of these or trackers in general?
I use SPOT.

It works pretty well when I press the right buttons. I got it in 2010 so that my wife could find the body if something happened along the way... I was going across country from the East to the West coast and back again.
these devices are very useful in assisting the finding of a stolen machine, they may also encourage insurance companies to lower premiums however I'd need to know more about them before considering installation which would need to be done by a proficient installer (not me)
For tracking stolen vehicles, there's all sorts of companies that provide GPS tracking abilities in the US. Some make them for bicycles which could be used on a real bike I guess. I was looking at one that could be turned on via text messaging. The only flaw in these if that the bike is brought inside it reverts to cell tower triangulation...
aaah yes, the old cell tower triangulation, .......is that similar to ferret strangulation :mfr_lol:
I have the Biketrac on my baby.. Does everything I need and costs about £1.50 a week..
