Hello guys,
Ordered some nav bars to put on both (in)sides of the steerbars. So nice high place to put garmin and coyote in my sight...
But ordered already more than 2 months now.... And didnt receive the goods. Anyone had same bad experience ? Last week i sent mail, but did not get answer yet 😩
Any advice on Projekt D.... ?

Could it be that they are held up in Customs somewhere awaiting payment of import tax?

I've bought from Projekt D in the past, things were a little slow to arrive but no problems at all and very good quality.
beegee, I've just checked my emails and there are a couple from ProjectD following my last order, which was as recently as last night
I've received an order confirmation, order process and order update which confirms despatch, plus installation PDFs. I accept that this may not guarantee fast delivery but it does give me the confidence that things are being dealt with quickly
I wonder if the items you ordered are in stock or if your order has been misplaced, when you say Sat Nav bars I'm assuming you mean "Handle bar handy stick"
Maybe if you contact them again it will help them sort out your problem :yes:

The crash bobbins I bought took about 3 weeks to arrive and were perfect in every way.

I don't understand why you are not able to communicate with them, I have had excellent service and immediate response from them in the past
Do you have an account with them ? if so then sign in and select the "contact us" option located in the "information" box on the left lower part of your screen
By filling in this section I have always had very good response from them, and they have always been most helpful
I don't think we've had issues with them over here. Some other ones, yes, but not them.
