Title: idle speed.
Post by: tapps on September 09, 2015, 07:07:55 PM
i've just returned from a trip to cornwall, the gtr was idling at approx.1250 rev's,it's recently had a service by the dealer, the adjustment knob is nowhere to be seen,my guess is they've tucked it behind a panel.look's like i will have to take the lower panel off the bottom, left hand side as you sit on it.

If the dealer is local, just pop back and get them to show you where the adjuster knob is. It's a simple thing to adjust, why, even Rusty would be able to do it after he'd watched a tutorial on it of course. Everyone else could do it straight away. Lol.

Is it not tucked away by your left toe (as you sit on the bike) on the newer version GTR then?

Cheers

OC I speak the truth, he's not known for his 'mechanical' abilities!
