Title: Bluetooh intercom and GPS connection.
Post by: snowy on July 16, 2015, 06:02:11 PM
Any suggestions on good units out there?
Got an old Scala Rider Teamset that is basically non-op as batteries dead and can't get me TomTom Rider to see it.
Looking at  Interphone F3MC Bluetooth Intercom Twin Pack, any experience or suggestions?
Will only be used rider / pillion and phone / GPS hook up.

I use F5MC and have no issues whatsoever. The 3 is a trimmed back version but the build quality is excellent, so the 3 should be every bit as good.

Scalia Q3 Team Set, 2 Bluetooth devices paired to each unit, e.g. separate iPods (a must) never had any issues

I've used Cardo and Sena devices daily on commutes. Functionally, both are good, but the Cardo wins because it increases the volume as you go faster (aka speed sensitive volume). It doesn't sound much, but it beats fiddling with the volume switch every time you slow down or speed up.

If your primary usage is Sat Nav, then it's a must as you won't know how loud the volume is until it speaks, too low and you'll miss it  :hammer:.

Sena keep promising to add this feature, but never have. I won't buy another Sena until it has this feature .
