This was my trip for this year that I completed in the first 2 weeks of June.

The last week of May I went camping with "friends" to Limoges.

It was a nice week away but I have now decided never to go camping again. Riding that distance and then having to put up a tent has put me off ever doing it again.. :no:
I arrived home at 22:15 on Sunday 30th May. The first thing I did was to put my tent in the bin. Never to be seen again.. :mfr_lol:.
Now home I had to wash, dry and repack ready to leave again on Monday morning.
08:00 Monday 1st I am on baby and heading off to Dover. I had to be in Bratislava, Slovakia for Wednesday to see Lara in concert.
I arrived in Lille at my friends to stay just the one night.
Tuesday I left and headed off to Dusseldorf to put baby on the train.
When I arrived I didn't know what to do.. I asked a guy in an office but he didn't give a :shit:
While waiting this guy in the orange jacket came to me and explained what would happen.

We left Dusseldorf at 20:50 to travel to Vienna overnight.

I went straight to Bratislava and on to the concert hall. It was too early to check in at the hotel. It was a little warm at 10am

I had something to eat and after a while I headed off to check in at my hotel... by this time it had warmed up a bit more.

Showered and changed I headed back to the concert hall.. Met up with Lara and her musicians..

It was a great show and well worth the travel.
Thursday and I went off to Prague...
Arrived there safely after about 5 hours.. I had to keep stopping because of the heat.
The rest of Thursday was spent with some friends who had travelled up from Romania.
Friday was the day of the next concert..
In the day we went for a bit of sightseeing.. Prague is a really beautiful city except for one thing. There is graffiti on nearly every building and makes it look like a dump.

We all went to see Lara's concert again on the evening which has been recorded for the DVD which is due out in November. :banana: :banana: :banana:
I stayed in Prague until Monday 8th doing more sightseeing with all my friends.
I had gone and left my Passport in the hotel back in Bratislava, so I had to head back there. I didn't mind as I hadn't got anything planned for the following week..
While there I contacted a friend who lives in Hungary.. Great as I needed to go past Bratislava on the way to hers.
Tuesday I headed off to Hungary, stopping off on the way a few times to get out of the heat.

Thursday was the day I had to start to head back home. I had to leave early as I had a full day riding to get to my hotel. I stayed at this place for one night.. It was cheap but very very nice. It's a must stay place if you are passing and need to get your head down. The room seemed to be new. The owners are really nice with lots of freshly home grown food and local meats. the breakfast was more than enough to keep anyone with a big appetite going for the day.

Friday morning I headed back to my friends for 2 nights before coming home on Sunday 14th.
Monday was spent washing all my stuff and taking baby to a local car was where they wash bikes for just £5.. Bargain. :banana:

Yes OC.. Lara came 4th in the 1988 Eurovision Song Contest when Celine won.. They were both signed to Sony at the time and because Celine won, the guy from Sony told Lara he wouldn't release her music in the UK incase it held Celine back..
