Anyone been to the above track and can recommend the best place to watch the action from. Incorporating WSB in September with a holiday out there.

Just got back from Jerez MotoGP, I go every year. I went to the WSB last year, it's not as popular and as such they don't open all the grandstands, they try to fill one or two rather than have a seemingly empty track.
One of the best corners is Dry Sack but it wasn't open last year, tribune X1 or the free paddocks nearby are very good and you can usually see at least one screen to keep on top of the action.

Whereabouts are you staying? I will be in Fuengirola from 16th September until the 25th.
PM me if you want to meet up for a beer

Thanks for the info, are tickets best purchased there, we pre purchased tickets for Imola last year but found them to be cheaper at the track.

Jerez 2014 wa a great day out, atmosphere was brilliant. leaving after a days racing was manic, my advice is to hang about a while until it calms down, because I  am a numpty and they put everything up both sides of the motorway, I got onto wrong side and ended up on a tour of southern Spain with no GPS and map, don't ask!, anyway it was a beautiful ride and eventually I ended up back at the hotel where all my mates on their 4th pint were sitting around or in the pool, telling me they were just about to call the police because obviously they had drunk too much and could not come looking for me, mind you I did have 15 odd missed calls on my phone lol, the moral of this story is do not let the guide on a narrow sports bike lead you through heavy traffic because the GTR is wide, and always take your sat nav

You have to pre book for the GP as it sells out, the WSB won't, but I don't know how prices compare buying at the track on the day
