Hello everyone,

Glad to know there is an English speaking forum in Europe only for the GTR. I am looking forward to sharing my experience and getting new info with this forum members. Cheers.

Hi there Frenchbiker, welcome. Nice looking bike and design. I couldnt tell if your bike was left or right hand drive from the photo, are you a resident in France  ;D
There are a few interesting touches to your bike besides the design, what sort of seat do you have on it?

Hi frenchbiker,

I see you have some mods done to your bike including the Corbin seat and a Two brothers can (I think). Is your bike limited to 100bhp as per French regulations?

Hi, no my bike is a UK model. I just moved back from Singapore to the Netherlands, and took the bike with me so it is not limited to the stupid French regulations.
Exhaust is not 2 brothers but dual full system Muzzys, with PC5 auto tune, BMC air filter and flies out, it was dynoed at 156 HP at the wheel.

Hullo frenchbiker,

That is one fantastic looking bike. Where did you get the bodywork customised? Looks like there a lot of accessories on that - care to share what you have? I'm currently in the process of purchasing a 2010 model and need to add on as many creature comforts as possible.

My wife is resigned to the fact that moat packages delivered are either to do with the bike or a gadget for myself.

First she didn't want me to get a bike so I turned up with a yamaha sr125. We didn't talk for two weeks. Nothing bigger she said.
A year later I've passed big bike test. We didn't talk for a week.
Then I bought a Kawa GPZ 500s and she just sighed.
Next she came with me to pick out biking gear and a new Suzuki vstrom. After I wrote that one off she made me promise no more bikes.
A year later she was out looking at new bikes with me ...

I like the story Mr Bates ... made me chuckle !! In the early 90s' I asked Lady Rusty if i could take some £ out to get a *** K100RS ( cant bring myself to mention those initials ) ... you know the story.... 3 left, excellent part exchange price, brand new, never to be repeated... the answer was of course in the negative ... never mind... a week later i rode it home and there was not much to talk about over the next few days !!! BUT, just having celebrated our silver wedding anniversary it clearly wasn't that bad !!!  Sadly she has never been keen on bikes and so I can't share those tours/tents/drunken nights etc ... what about anyone else out there ??? Other halves on the back or got their own bikes ?? Lets here it ! .. i think I may start a new thread on that subject .. stand by .......

Dear Lord, that is a lot of receipts to hide from her indoors. May I enquire what are the absolute essential accessories? I would assume its the common items between the two lists?
