I agree, that is an exceptional deal.

According to the website all the bikes are UK supplied no imports :punk:
Blue was a 2010 and a 2013 , so it s been built for a number of years. It certainly is a cracking price but id look into exactly how old it is and whats the condition of things like brake fluids battery ect ect , a lot of things wear out even when its not being used
The supplier is the longest serving Kawasaki UK dealer who is call Lloyds Cooper in Watford.
I correct Vipers comment ref wear occurring on bikes in storage.
If stored in dry cool conditions a new unit in its original factory packaging will have a long shelf life.
Deterioration not wear will occur over time but this will be measured in many years possibly decades.
In answer to Ant. These will be UK spec machines.
I purchased a new unit in May 2013 from this dealer. I believe it is a 2011 model year bike. The manufactures warranty starts from the date of first registration so if there are problems the manufacture owns them.
One hell of a saving off this years model. You pay your money and make your own choice.

Charlie, they never made a blue bike in 2011 , so it must be a 2010 bike, probably built in 2009. Id just be concerned about all the fluids in the bike, after a possible 4 /5 years of idleness would now be past their sell by date , id ask for a full fluid change on such an old machine, brake, clutch, oil , shaft oil, coolant and fork oil and battery .the rest of the bike would be fine, beggers the question though on where its been all these years, in a crate , in an out building ?
personally id try for a deal on a year old bike with a more modern colour, but that's just me .

:mfr_lol:.................that's why my bike is not blue.............did I say it was blue ? :mfr_lol:
With the volume of units this dealer sells I would suggest a 2013 model year unit................as for where its been..................who knows?................manufactures pull stock from many storage/dealers warehouses..............a clue is the pre reg
I really think that is the best colour the GTR has ever been done in.
That's a grand less than I paid for my 2009 pre facelift one!

Good price indeed but let's also remember nobody is going to pay full list price for a new one so it's not going to be a £2.7k differance - in reality the differance is much smaller
Wonder if they would give me 9k for mine in part~ex!
Just because they are pre-reg doesn't mean that they have been parked on the shop floor for years. I bought a pre-reg 1250 Bandit from this dealer in 08. And that bike, although registered was sat still in it's shipment crate in their warehouse, and was as snug as a bug in a rug. Regarding the battery being knackered!!!!!! The battery is not married to the bike until the PDI is completed.
