Title: My 2014 highlights Film
Post by: Dibz on February 13, 2015, 09:15:38 PM
Finished editing last years highlights clip few weeks ago. Thought I'd post it for some of you who maybe interested. I know some of my antics and humor ain't everyones brew... But I enjoy the film editing process as I'm learning as I go and my mini adventures with my mates are what I live for.
It's a bit of a combo this one, as I still had the Fireblade at the start of the season, so it's a mix of that and my GTR.

That's up in the Cairngorms, not far from the Glenshee ski resort near Braemar. We always do a summer dip. Good to get the bike gear off on a hot day and just jump in

Thanks all for the positive feedback. it takes me about 10 hours to edit these things, so a lot goes into it.
It will be purely GTR this year though:)  oh hang on.. my mate has just bought himself a VFR1200, so he'll wanna make sure he gets that in the next one too.

Yeah, it's very time consuming editing all the video footage, I don't think sometimes people appreciate just how involved it can be!

What's the Devils Punchbowl mate??

on your film is a place in wales , the 3 swirl pools and the 3 bridges on top of each other, the place is called devils bridge falls and the rock formed by the  swirling river is called the punch bowls, locals call it the devils punch bowl , even though there is a devils punch bowl in surrey

Sorry Viper... It may be similar.. But the stacked bridges are at Rumbling Bridge near Fife in Scotland.
The flowing water through the round shaped rock gorge, is just outside of Braemar in Aberdeenshire.
I checked that link and the locations do look almost identical, so I can see why u thought that :)

Love the scenic stuff  :punk: beautiful.

The Braemar Road right at the beginning of the vid, is the known as "the lecht"  I've ridden that a couple of times, awesome  :biker3:
