No mate it's just fixed... Made from a telescopic hiking pole :)
I've seen the swivel mounts, they provide great footage for track riding, but I think it might distract too much on the road. I hardly notice that pole mount is there by the way I angle it slightly upwards. It's much more effective though when I take Elmo out!!
