Title: Wheel Cleaning
Post by: trousersnake01 on June 11, 2014, 02:04:31 AM
Chaps, what do you use for cleaning your wheels ?

Im very lax at cleaning my bike as it does a 100 miles everyday in all weathers, but when I do clean it I give the wheels a wipe over but cant get the grime of. Id love to get them back to new condition so I can treat them with something to make them easier to clean.

Autoglym do a sprayable wheel cleaner, I've used that and it seems to do what it says on the tin.

What that wise man says, use a small brush for the ground in bits.

Don't use Wonder Wheel. If you wanna know what it does to your wheels check mine out at the Belfry.

Mine are silver or used to be.  Leave em long enough and they turn black I think...  Cleaning makes me shudder....
