I did my Iron butt 1000 mile rally back in 2009 when it came to the uk, we did it in association with the RBL, it was a great experience and id love to do it again , on my gtr this time ( did it on my zzr1200)
our route was from squires café in leeds , west , going up via the lakes , Glasgow , fort William , Aberdeen and then onto wick ( almost John o groats) , our route back was down the east side of the uk and then back to squires , time was something like 18 hours and about 30% riders DNF
