Thinking of a Scottish tour for my wife and I. Up one coast, across the top and down the other. We have done Glencoe area before, my old stomping ground, but not to the top.
Anyone recommend accommodation up that way.
If you are looking for accommodation at JOG itself then this may well be what you are looking for.....

I am staying here in July with Nigel, (Rusty), prices are very reasonable and just as importantly they are biker friendly.
Furthermore on your way back down North if you wanted to have an overnight stay at West Lewiston virtually on the banks of Loch Ness near Castle Urquhart then I would recommend this place, http://www.glenrowan.co.uk/ (http://www.glenrowan.co.uk/) excellent reviews on Tripadvisor and I have stayed there a number of times and can highly recommend it. The owner has a large double garage where he is happy to store your bikes overnight and he has drying facilities on the off chance it should rain in Scotland in September. :whistling:
If you did decide to stay at Glen Rowan a few minutes walk away is this lovely pub/restaurant, http://www.staylochness.co.uk/ (http://www.staylochness.co.uk/) I've eaten there on each occasion I've stayed at the Glen Rowan and the food is beautiful.
Hope that's of some use and possibly given you some ideas.
Great, thanks for those
