Title: TT music
Post by: virginiajim on June 06, 2014, 01:13:18 AM
And no, I don't mean what you hear in a strip joint.  I'm talking about the music playing at the beginning of the TT races and after the commercial breaks.  It's playing over here on Velocity.  I absolutely love it and would like to get my hands on it for playing at home.

It's also used for ITV4's coverage of the MotoGP so it may be their generic ITV4 sport theme music.
Other than that I have no idea.

im sure that's just a 10 second  TV sound burst, not from a real song.

king of the mountain seems to be the most associated song

Just got back from the TT yesterday, unfortunately missed the senior race due to ferry times etc, but i can tell you the whole experience is magical, you have to be there to fully appreciate it ( don't do mad sunday the bikes come at you from every angle and they would ride over the top of you if they could truly MAD ) It has to be on your bucket list, we were in the Grandstand for the superbike race - saturday awesome site to see the pit crews working, and Braddan Bridge on monday / Tuesday brilliant flip - flop knee down action, Wednesday we were in the creg - ny- ba Grandstand amazing seeing the bikes coming from 180mph to 70mph to take the corner complete nutters!!.Aside from the racing the craic is brilliant ,many many things to see and do never a dull moment.
