Title: It's personal.
Post by: GTRpilot on June 01, 2014, 06:24:37 AM
Ok so now I own one. As with my past bikes there are always things that can improve your experience, comfort, and "make it yours".
Could I ask what you experienced owners would recommend as improvements over the standard?
As starters,
Seat?
Screen?
Hugger?
And which are best

Personal solutions.

Fitted a laminar lip to the screen [ I am 6'0" ] The later models of which yours [and mne] is one come with a taller screen as standard.

Hugger. Yes
Fender extender. Yes
Radiator protector. Yes
Seat. Very personal choice. I have a gel seat, but probably would be best if you could swap seats with another owner to get some miles under your bum before buying.

That is about it for me, but beware, there are some serial farklers [ god I hate that word ] on here,  :mfr_lol:

Change nothing, until you have rode it for a few hundred miles, then YOU decide. Dont listen to others as what they did to theirs may not be of any benefit to you.  :smartass:
