for the 1st time since I bought my 1st bike on 2001, today I changed the engine oil and filter and final drive oil.
Nothing was stuck it was a simple process.
One question though.... is there a way to get the oil round the system before starting up?

I think some people add oil to the oil filter before putting the filter on.
It doesn't take long for the oil to circulate anyway

The oil light soon went out though!!
Bloody 'ell I had to read that twice. First time I read it I thought that it was the first time the oil had been changed in 13 years!!
