Title: Excellent Service
Post by: Silverback on February 20, 2014, 09:02:53 AM
Monday morning, found hole in radiator, boo....

Monday afternoon, removed radiator from bike, amazed...

Tuesday lunchtime, took said radiator to Colchester Radiator Services, who said, 'yes we can fix that, will cost £60, and we will return it to you free of charge', very relieved as this is much less than the £670 for a new one...

Wednesday morning, called Colchester Radiator Services, they said, 'all fixed, that'll be £48 please, the rad is on its way back to you as we speak...

I now have a nicely fixed radiator, and just have to figure out how to piece the bike back together again.

The service I received from these people has been first class, and i wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone(obviously i hope none of you ever need them)

It has been really refreshing to find a first class company that offer such an excellebt service.

Useful to know. Wish I'd kept my old GTR1000 rad now and had it re-cored.
I used to use County Radiators in Basildon but they went under.
