Last weekend FarRide East 28 was held, with the annual destination Nambucca Heads NSW. Many riders rode through some very high temps to get there and back home 40 to 42 Deg C, around 110F. Temps were high inland but along the coast quite pleasent. A great turnout, 90+ bikes.

Thanks for sharing
Very envious of the weather, although might be a tad too hot..... :goodpost:
+1 with Ant there ... but could do with "16 degrees at 645 in the morning" over here in the UK at the moment ! Looks just lovely in Oz .... Hmmmm someone on here is going back over there later this year ............ :whistling:
:whistling: Oh yes indeedy.
I suppose one would just get used to that sort of heat ... does it ever get chilly over there ? All that blue sky .. it just makes life so much nicer for everything doesn't it ? Riding, days out, socialising etc .. don't have to wrap up, take the brolly or get another coat .... I shall get over there one day ...
Riding long hours in the heat around 40 does drain you, got to regulary keep up the fluids. We do get frosty nights here in the cooler months where the temp can get down below 0. Nambucca this year was unusualy dry, should be the summer wet season up there, previous years have been very wet, has the nickname amonst Farriders as Wetbucca!
