I brought a new Car back along. Well 8k on clock. It's Citroen C4 Piccaso estate. Automatic , paddle shifts the lot. Very nice , lovely smooth & pretty economical engine for it's size.
Well the Windscreen washer water ran out , so looked under bonnet for first time. Found washer bottle fill up OK ... But thought would have bit of a decko while I was there, like where is the oil Filter ....not a Scooby....damed if I can see it. So looked in book. Amazing , loads info on where the Cup Holders are , where you can put your Sun glasses & a huge chapter on the Stereo....Oil Filter na , nothing. Amazing they just dont want you do basic maintenance your self do they. Going to get underneath it at some point, I ll find the little Criter... ::)
Sounds like a cunning plan by the manufacturers to make all the maintenance dealer friendly only. :-\
