Title: Owner's Manual
Post by: Kevin on April 14, 2011, 03:50:25 PM
Has anyone come across a copy of the 2010 owner's manual (not the service manual) in electronic format in their internet travels? A quick Google hasn't turned anything up.

Thanks.

Kevin

Nope. I was thinking of giving a task (as way of punishment) to my nephew for scanning in the 2008 manual and saving it as a PDF document

Well if he's really been naughty will you make him do the 2010 one as well?!

When online you can View a copy of the owners manual here.
It's the US version but not many differences.

You can also save each chapter to your PC as you go along but not the entire manual in one hit

Nice one Boomer. I think I need to create a useful info page somewhere with all this information

what would be nice is if you could include link to any threads where people have posted 'how to's' (brake pad removal is a recent one i can think of)

Thanks Boomer, that's very useful.

Anyone armed with a PDF reader and a 'printer' driver that is in fact a PDF writer could end up with the whole manual in a single PDF with just a little bit of effort. Putting it on their smartphone would then mean they have their owner's manual with them on the move without having to carry the paper copy which is where I was aiming for.

Actually, its even easier than that. If you click on each link in the left hand nav, you can then click on the save icon in the adobe plugin and save the pdf.  ;D Means you have several pdfs

I can combine them into one pdf if people want and add an index
