Hey Chaps!
I'm about to respray my black GTR into "snow-white" alias Audi-white....ie. same color that Schubert C3 Pro White comes in....
I found the 3D "Kawasaki" decals on eBay - bought 2 x 2 sets - just in case.... but I can't find any decals for the side - ie. "1400 GTR". Have anyone found those on eBay?
Part# should be 56004 (I think) :-)
If not... could any UK/US members please check price level since it's very costy in Denmark.....

i did this for a usa member and at the time I could only find them at a main dealers, jusy google a uk dealer and phone them and get them to ship,
As much as I love Bournemouth Kawasaki,
This is the main place to get parts in the uk...... Even the dealers get parts from here.

Hans, its a long shot but you could try here, this company is well known for providing Graphics for may Classic bikes and they just might be able to help, they have provided excellent graphics for many Kawasaki Triples club members over the years including myself :smiley:

Always thought a white GTR would look good, depending on the shade of white, Angie has an Audi s-line in amalfi white which is a slightly off white and looks really good, better than the bright alpine white. I hope you post pictures when finished.
If I were going for a white then I would be going for a pearlescent white....... but I'm sure it'll look great whatever shade you do it.
Someone a couple of years ago (approximately) put a photo on here of their GTR which they had sprayed white, have to admit it did look half decent.
A little inspiration!
Undercowl will be kept in black. Likewise with the front wing (rear side). The color will be very similar Schuberth Glossy White - which in many ways resembles Perl White - but is much easier to maintain. Top box cover are also colored. Seat reupholster in black with white edges, white stitches, "GTR" logo in front of seat- and engraved "Kawasaki" on the back part. I'll mount AeroWings from ProjectD as well. My FJR1300 Alu-mount for GPS (TomTom Urban Rider) will be refitted. New 12V wires for GPS, new Heated grips from Datatool (http://datatool.co.uk/home/products/THERMAGRIP) and finally Bi-Xenon 6000K. Stands will be powder coated - black!
Ohhh...by the way.... Michelin Pilot Road 4 "test-run" scheduled for mid May in north italy! :cool:

The first time i saw a white one in france, it was not nice at all... maybe you will go for the metallic white ?

Yep!
Might look good with a fat metallic blue or black stripe edged with a pinstripe similar to the vfr design running right down the middle of it. Thats the trouble when you do a respray, too many bloody options and decisions to make :mfr_lol:
What you need on a white bike is a few yellow stripes that you can stick on when you need to travel on motorways , then all the traffic will part to let you past, :mfr_lol:
me too lets see some pics , must admit though i also think it would look stunnung in a pearlescent white, suzuki do a brilliant pearlescent white which i had on my busa, the best white i have seen on a bike , which ever you choose it will still look the business.

Found those 3D Decals on eBay for only USD 10,- ( 2 x ) incl. shipment ;-)

Have tried to make the picture smaller, changed format ie. jpg, png, gif etc. - whatever I do, it will just not upload pictures!!

Well... seat ended up not that white as planed... about ready for mounting now!
