You've probably all heard of Fred Harmon's GTR1400 Maintenance DVDs (http://www.angelridevideos.com/concours.html) from Angel Ride VIdeos.
But has anyone ordered a set of these from over the pond?

Yes I use them all the time
What did they cost you in tax, import, customs etc?
Can't remember now tbh.
It was $110.40 shipped and the customs, VAT and handling charge on top
I would guess at around £90 - £100 all in
They are brilliant ! I have spent hours in the garage as a result of those DVD's ... Good old Fred. :whistling: :whistling: :whistling:
Its ok for some who have a lovely garage to do their own maintenance in.. :2guns:

Stephen, you might get them cheaper if you got me to coy them for you.
I.e. You pay Fred the cost of the DVDs, and then pay me for 10 dvds, a case, and p&p. Prob work out cheaper.
Would need to be agreed with Fred though
I wonder if there are any UK stockists or does he supply them purely as a 'favour' rather than a business?
I've already contacted him... hoped he might have an electronic version I could download and pay him for but he doesn't have such a thing. And he tells me it's all done through his distributor, so he can't even mark the parcel as a gift so we don't get 'violated' when it gets here. Santa might have splashed out on them but not after all the tax, customs, duty and gumpf is added on top... I'll stick to the 'free' 800+ pages of PDF service manual and the good folks on the internet.
