I took the advise of not over tightening the 4 black bolts and one has fallen out. Any one got a spare?
I think you are going to struggle with this one, it must have been really quite slack. Probably as well to just order one from Kawasaki or pop to a bolt specialist and get one from there.

How much did you tighten it? Mine are hand tight and then just a small 1/4 turn.
A nut and bolt shop should be able to provide one.
Just had a look on the parts microfiche and they are £1.18
Part: 92172
Description: SCREW,5MM
Cost: £1.18
You dealer should be able to get you one in if you can't find one from your nut and bolt shop. If you have trouble sourcing one let me know
Or better yet, if you don't care about them being black, just order some M6 x 12mm long stainless steel button head allen screws.
I buy mine by the bucket full at a local hardware dealer but they can be had on Fleabay and elsewhere.

Thanks ebay it is, incidentally I'm in Bangor N Wales with a few buddies from N East. Bit damp today but bike was brill
If you buy the silver ones off ebay but you'd prefer them in black just drop a smear of smooth black hammerite on the head. Personally I'd just keep it simple and buy one from a Kawasaki dealer, especially at £1 ish.
Whoops, these screws are M5. My link is for M6. Sorry.

I tried a hammer and they still didn't fit :-) Never mind only cost a quid (http://farm6.static.flickr.com/5227/5627407411_6ff65e72fa_m.jpg)
Just get them ordered from Kawasaki. ;D
Sorry Andy. The M6 ones are useful though! ;)
