real world value, what would I get for my 2010 gtr , 9000 miles exc condition, lots of extras , full dealer history, private sale, what would I get ??
Realistically I'd like to think you'd get somewhere in the region of £8k without any quibbling whatsoever from a buyer.
However Asif recently stole, er, bought Rusty's GTR for significantly less but it did have 20k+ miles on the clock.
Ive been told i could expect to ask 9.5k for my '12 plate, 15k miles, put back to standard......so 8k sounds about right for yours i guess.
People pay what they want to pay......dont think now is the right time to sell though
Mines an 09 and has 54500 on the clock with full Kwak service.. BK said I would get about £4500 if I sold her

I think that at this time of year you'd be lucky to get £8K for it, the ones that can be seen advertised at that price seem to have been for sale for quiet a while

id be well chuffed if I got 8k, I though id get about £7200-£7500
At that price range viper, work on a figure of 1k less that dealer prices....I think you will find the book price is around £7k for px, but thats a route to explore to get a rough idea on what you can expect, would be interesting to know, so don't give it away or under estimate is value and popularity with such low miles
Most of us like to look after our bikes and present them for PX in an excellent condition, only to find out it makes 'diddly squat' to the PX value to have any impact in your wallet.
History and cleanliness / care, can add over £500 to your sale at this price range, which to the buyer who wants one, will pay. But be patient......
i hate to go on and mention this again, but can you all remeber when i was trying to sell my totally mint june 2010 with 2900 miles fsh in metaalic blue.with 6 months kawasaki warranty on it ,all i could get then was £8200 and that took ages to get.it was onlly 18 months old. heres the picture again, you must be sick of seeing it bit i still think it was a lush colour,
Well if I had seen that when I was looking I would have bought it over the phone.....very nice.
At this time of the year £6000. Would get you a sale. Possibly , the trouble is finding someone with cash. As most people have px or want a warranty , sell cheap and make sure what you buy is the same cheap price , always sell in spring :biker3:
Viper, do you have some images of your bike that you could post?
I'm in the market for a 1400GTR and its a cash purchase. I didn't plan on getting one until the new year but.....

oh ur, em, this wasn't a post to sell my bike , I was
thinking about changing next year , but I guess I would consider a sale if it was right for both of us. I will get some images to you over the weekend, needless to say the bike is mint. I put a full venture transparent film set on when it was new.

custom heated seat
stock seat
Kawasaki top box( colour co-ord ) and custom made aluminium plate ( like phils farkles )
calsci large screen
stock screen
mra screen with deflector

pr3 rear tyre 50% worn
new pr3 front ( 500 miles)
zumo 550 sat nav and mount
rear peg lowering kit and rubber pegs
autocom intercom
spare front fender
indicator buzzer
first MOT was august this year and tax til end nov
oil changed every 2k plus all Kawasaki services and 1 recall, shaft oil changed every 2k
Perhaps around the 7K mark at this time of year.. leave it till April 14 when the sun is shining through and i am sure there would be more $in the pot.!
