Title: Crash / slide protectors
Post by: simo on September 12, 2013, 03:20:31 AM
HI,

Can anyone recommend a slide protector that will protect the fairing and the panniers in the event of dropping the bike.

John

I have the MC Enterprise bars and would recommend them. Worth every penny for me and have already paid for themselves.

I also have them.. Everyone calls mine 'Scaffolding' because the front are the older type, made for the US Police..  :mfr_lol:

Thanks Guys,

The MC Enterprises cage looks like the type I want. The protection for the front and rear looks very good. I know it is not if but when it gets dropped.

Top Block 450 euros in France on web site. Seems a bit steep.

Not compared to the cost of replacing bodywork or exhaust etc...

Last year I even unfortunately tested them, not a single scratch to any bodywork or exhaust, not even the mirror or side case...

Here's the pics to prove it, check em out!
