Title: Todays run into North Wales
Post by: patrick on May 05, 2013, 09:26:38 PM
Today we made an earlyish start as Pam wanted to be home to do some gardening!

As I'm going off for 6 days on Wed (on my own) I thought I'd better oblige so we left home at 830 were home by 1pm. We were heading for Bala but the sky was very dark and threateing rain so we stopped at Rhugg Farm on the A5 for a cuppa before heading home by a slightly longer route.

In the car park at Rhugg Farm was another GTR.... 09 model on a 10 plate.

Im not sure why Pam was laying hands on the GTR...  may be thanking it for being such a fab machine!

Geoff and I met at Devils Bridge with some other regular riding pals, and the weather was shite, cold, wet, blustery wind and, for a Bank Holiday, not many bikes at all, one other GTR did turn up but we didn't see who the rider was

No camera ...no pics

I got a right soaking on the 20 or so miles journey home, and the bike needs a bloody good clean now which it will get today.

It seems the poor weather was down the West Coast yesterday Patrick.
