Hi Folks, anyone attending the Bike 4 Life Bikefest this Sunday (21/04) in support of air ambulance? Meet up at Meole Brace park & ride at Shrewsbury & then rideout to RAF Cosford. All the details are on the Bike 4 Life web site, there were a few GTR's there last year, would be good to see some this year
There is no entry fee but contributions would be welcome. RAF Cosford is well worth a visit. Anyone from the West Midlands area that would like to meet up I will be calling in to the cafe at Quatford about 09:00 & leaving from there about 09:30
I'm intending to go to the bike show http://www.shropshirebikefest.co.uk/ (http://www.shropshirebikefest.co.uk/) but the thought of a mass ride from Shrewsbury to Cosford on dual c/w and m/way doesn't appeal.
So I'll go to show early in the day and then probably have a wizz to Newtown and down the A483 (one of fave bike roads) to Crossgates.
Hi Patrick, like you I don't much fancy the rideout so may give that bit a miss. Will decide on the day, if I do go to Cosford will prob make my own way.
