Ok so there am i in the snow and sleet going into Dover Ferry port on Friday and the message "transponder battery low" appears on my display, well because sometimes I have a flash of brilliance I remember I taped a brand new battery inside the top box.
So when sat on the ferry I stopped them over and hey presto no more warning, but the question is I don't remember where I put the so called spare key even if there is one, its the thing your supposed to press on the back of the bit where the normal key is to make it start, so what does it look like?
Can't find mine anywhere in MY kitchen cupboard.
Alan
I thought that you were supposed to be able to put the normal fob at the back where the key is to get it working...

Anyway, you mean this, I think:

It's a bit smaller than that but hey...
The second picture is 2010 models on only.
