All that tells me is that I would like Motorscooter and Motorbicycle accident stats to be separated.
Bloody scooter riders are a bunch of suicidal morons based on that video, even if none of them died.
I used to watch them do the stupidest things when I used to commute into London.
They are nearly as stupid as the cyclists are in London.
