well I've tried the ice cream as well in lanarote with my grandson :smiley: as you can see it went everywhere :grin: 2nd pic.. when at home when I was not using the zzr or the gtr, the little bugger is trying them out for size :laugh: he's also trying is best to try my new zzr1400 out for size but I'm keeping the garaged door lock :yes: :mfr_lol:

No grandchildren yet so the cornetoes are mine :banana: Its stlll bikes for me, ive a couple of oldens to tinker and polish with.
Must get a refill for gas heater thow, have to place me regular used tools on top of heater 1st its owa caad.
Well, if it's not the BIKING season... it must be the SKI season!!

I sit in my 'Man Cave' away from the ladies and plan and scheme about how I am going to acquire that bits and pieces that I deem essential after reading this forum....
if I'm not riding my bike then I'm cleaning it :mfr_lol:

That is Tignes / Val d'Isère. My folks have a chalet up there and in fact... I'm heading there this evening too :)
Tomorrow promises to be a fantastic day - blue skies and there is lots of fresh snow, so sod the bike for a week - moff skiing :D
Pictures were taken using a GoPro HD Hero (original version). The pics were actually taken last season, and I took more than 26Gb of media with the GoPro over 7 days. After taking that much footage, you can imagine there's a hell of a job sorting through it afterwards. Now, I haven't got the money to buy any decent video editing software so I made a film using MS Live Movie Maker... which was a pain in the arse because of the amount of editing I had to do. The results are not too bad though. If you're interested send me a PM and I'll give you a link to have a look.
For photographs, it takes them automatically (every second, 2 seconds, 5, 10, 15, 20, 30 etc.)
As for the camera, you can stick it anywhere :) On the ski tip, pole tip, looking forwards, backwards... on yer head... You can get some great shots - shots that would be impossible with an SLR!
Sits nicely on the bike too :)

Obviously I want to replace it with the far more performant Hero 3 Black Edition which allows for filming at 120fps.... That'll give SUPER slow motion film!

Well done Ros, your editing efforts were well worth the trouble as the results are great
My Hero is mounted in exactly the same way as yours on your GTR, and then set to "upside down image capture" so that all resulting footage is the right way up.
I haven't looked at the latest Hero as I can't afford so its best that I don't look :mfr_lol:
I have the standard Hero - but haven't managed to get any pictures when out riding as yet. Being an idiot I keep getting it turned on 'wrong' and end up with nothing at the end of the ride :mfr_lol: one day I will get it right....
