Interesting Mr Bond....who did that for you then, it looks damn good.
Thats awesome Winny...
I want mine done but I know it will cost quite a bit.
Theres a guy not to far from here in Somerset who does them.. http://www.joebysairbrushart.co.uk/helmets.html
Done by a guy called Paddy who does Guy Martins race helmets.
Top man!
And Debs - not cheap :sweatdrop:
That's a nice looking lid.
If we're doing personalised paint jobs may I play?

Kevin
Nice one!
Bit busy for me, but fantastic job!
Is it a Schuberth?
Can't imagine that was cheap?!
What's the story behind it then Kev?
St George, Union flag, St George Cross, and the cartoon figures?
Very nicely done....
Wow winnie -- top job, top bloke, senna is one of my all time heroes, i hope it has umpteen coats of lacquer, got to say one of the best designs i have seen.

Yes, it's a C3 and it wasn't.
There's no real story. I'm English then British hence the flags and St. George. Secret Squirrel and the swallow on the front you can't see are images associated with my late younger brother. The rat is the avatar I use here and on most forums only with yellow fins.
I knew exactly what I wanted and I thought Darren (http://www.darrenhorton.com/) executed it really well.
He made a nice job of Lyn's lid as well but I'm not sure we have any photos of that.
Edit: Oh yes we have. It's not a great photo but you'll get the general idea. Any
Asia fans will recognise where it's from.

- simple designs are nice.

I must be very boring, because I am just about to buy a new Arai chaser v helmet in white. I thought at first that I may find someone to do me a Pink band around it, and then I thought nah :mfr_lol:.
My Arai RX7RR helmet was painted in joey Dunlop colours for me by a guy in Northern Ireland, lovely job he did too

I bought this helmet back in 1993/4 and still like the design, although i think it may not pass safety tests these days..it fits again now that I'm skinny :mfr_lol:

@Pistole - That's the way I feel, although I love custom jobs and appreciate the artwork.
I've always been a fan of simple looking designs like the 80's F1 and 500's.
Eddie Lawson, the original Schwantz (Pepsi era), Wayne Rainey, Marco Lucinelli, Mansell etc.
The one I've had done looks simple but was quite complex when you look at it.
Her indoors just bought my christmas present.
