What a nightmare! Of course this cant happen to a GTR because we have quick release panniers - at least the pre - 2010 models do :mfr_lol:
The FJR ones seem pretty quick release!!
A big OUCH!!
But...... when I had my CBF1000 with givi panniers it was rather wide at the back and i clipped a bollard coming out of a car park in Ypres Town Square.
Fortunately I only had a bit of a wobble and it stayed on 2 wheels.
P
OMG......that sent a shiver down my spine
See bikes can park anywhere - even on Jetties, even if it does take extreme measures. It didn't even make a splash!
:censored: me, I didnt expect that!
:mfr_lol:

It was infact the French journalist Laurent Cochet from Moto Journal magazine. :mfr_lol: :mfr_lol:
LOL had to watch this clip a few times bit of a shocker...
looked like an expensive photo opportunity but at least they should get £250 from You've Been Framed....
This French journalist Laurent Cochet from Moto Journal magazine also trashed a GTR 1400..

Shouldn't be showing these ones with GTR crashes..
So what about a yankie cop GTR... Not sure that just pushing the bike over is reflective of the damage that would be caused if it was actually moving forward and crashing....but there you go.
