Try Dropbox

https://www.dropbox.com/

To post pics on here I just upload straight from my pictures folder on the laptop and dont use any program.

No Problem, just uploaded this

I was having trouble recently, there is a tab somewhere that asks you if you want to return to the old site, click on it and all should be as it used to be.

where to you get the url from your pics on facebook?

When you view a pic there will be a URL in where you put a web address... like this

https://www.facebook.com/photo.php?fbid=294373257344787&set=a.294371084011671.69331.100003163468626&type=3&theater

Its working perfectly now, I just accessed it dead easy...I'm sorry but I don't know how anyone got the idea it was knackered...it isn't

Try accessing via Chrome

yes can log on to photobucket but can't download or see my pics and I'm getting the little round moving circle thats means it's trying to download, but have waited for approx one hour and it won't download. I did see the icon to change over to the old style web site but when I clicked on it nothing happens, the site is bollocked

I don't know why some forum members are experiencing problems with Photobucket. I normally access it via Chrome, and yes, in the past, there have been a couple of occasions when its been a bit problematic, but definitely no more so than any other site.

Over the past two weeks or so, Photobucket has dramatically modified its site and its now much better and offers more features, frankly, I reckon its great.

I've NEVER made any modifications to my PC set up to accomodate any changes that Photobucket have made, even when I bought a new Lap Top  !

It may be that contacting Photobucket direct will help to resolve the issues that some are experiencing.

There are quite a few other sites available, just type in "free picture sites" into your search engine, I've only ever used Photobucket so I can't vouch for any others.
