I am getting increasingly frustrated with the atrociously poor driving skills exhibited by a large number of British drivers.
I have recently started referring to such drivers as "Dribbles" as it best describes how they go through life, dribbling.
They are not even remotely awake or aware, they take forever to get from 0 to 30Mph, they hesitate at every junction and will not pull out until they can see absolutely nothing coming for ½mile in every direction, and the worst thing of all for me is that they are all TOO :censored: LAZY TO EVEN BOTHER TO :censored: INDICATE!
They seem to be of every age, sex, and ethnic origin so this is in no way to be considered an -IST rant except for the fact that it is most definately Dribble-ist! :gun_bandana:

Driving skills as displayed by some drivers on the roads are bloody aweful, they should be made to take a bike test and an HGV test that way they would appreciate other road users and develope awareness skills in respect of other road users.
The other day I was carved up by a young (say 25) female, she simply veered across from her road lane into mine, (having got herself in the wrong lane in the first place) Truth is I really don't know how I managed to avoid her, naturally I blew the car horn, and predictably she flicked the fingerts and told me to F*ck off :shocked: As she then found herself alongside me in another traffic lane further up the road she again hurled abuse at me and called me a wa*#er :shocked: :shocked: ..... :censored: stoopid bitch.
I reckon she was gifted with being a stupid ignorant cow and will have to live with that. I will recognise her car in future though :yes:
Right. I reckon that I'm gonna compile a short video of 'incidents' by filming all my trips with the gopro in Italy.
If I start filming tomorrow, should have a good 15 minutes of action ready by monday... :mfr_lol:

anyone noticed how L drivers are getting worse than ever, ive seen some shocking incidents in the last two days, either they are being taken out onto the public road whey before they are ready or the level of instructor is dropping, followed a L driver today doing 18 in a 40 and the vehicle was straddling both lanes, the instructor was doing nothing to correct this, saw another one tonight , sweep across 3 lanes on a roundabout with no indicators,forcing cars to slow down also the age of the car , an 02 plate beaten up civic, but with porfessional driving school insignia,

Yup, followed one yesterday between Bedford & Shefford on the A600.
Peaked at 40 in a 60 limit in the middle of the rush hour (17:30) and was all over the place.
Were I an instructor I would not have taken that person out on a major road before they had at least learned some driving skills.
We also have a LOT of them where I live as the South Essex (Basildon) test centre is 1 mile from home.
So we get hordes of them come from all over South Essex to practice U turns and reversing around corners in all the local housing estates. Makes driving home into an obstacle course.
We all had to learn but so many of them don't seem to have the slightest clue so IMHO should not be driving, even whilst supervised.
I still remember my first lesson.
After having stalled the car a couple of times trying to get moving, we finally got on the way - First, second, third gear and then the instructor told me in not too gentle words to slow down because I was already doing 70km/h in a 50 zone. :oops:
Two lessons later he took me out on a twisty road out of town to teach me how to drive fast without killing myself. :clap:
In those days there was no speed limit on country roads you must know.
Speed limits weren't introduce until the 1st oil crisis and despite the rubbish they try to tell us today not to save lives but only to save fuel! :death:
The most creative driving I have ever seen is in Singapore. I'm sure Frenchbiker and others out there will back me up on this one. How there are not continual accidents 24/7 I do not know, they must simply use the force. :mfr_lol:
