I'ts gone!!!!! into the garage for winter absolutely minted it today, changed oil and filter, fresh oil in rear shaft, It still looks as new 17000 miles, but I cant face using it in winter it's just to nice, so connected to the optimate and it can take a rest until next March. Lets see what the Versys can do through the winter months.
And if you say "absolutely minted" then it must be so clean and shiney that you need  when you look at it
How many miles on the Versys now Geoff, and how's it doing ?
Phew, I thought for a milli second there that you had sold the GTR. :mfr_lol:

I liked yours, and I've been looking at used 'uns on fleabay
They seem to sell quickly though
Tucked up for the winter, it's only late summer....you're missing half a year of fun. What about all those beautiful sunny cold dry days through November and December....

Now it's at home ... plugged into the Optimate ... but not quite so "minted" !!!!
we are having one more last spin on ours on sunday and then it will get tucked up, ive got a zzr1100 basket case to work on during the winter to keep me busy instead . I keep the gtr road ready , so should we have a bright sunday we will go out
With all you girly boys putting your bikes away for the winter so early, this forum is going to be dead.
Mine will be in dry dock soon and the new Electric bike will be used.
Not as quick mind but cheaper to run.
