i put an order on a website for 2 datatool waterproof charger leads to enable trickle charging my 2 ride's 4 day's ago,kept looking on there website to see if they have been despatched & they are PENDING,emailed them earlier today & the said they were out of stock they are now in stock & that i should get them shortly,whitevan man pulled up in the afternoon & i thought great they are here,how wrong was i,they sent me 1 x optimateTM-71 weatherproof permanent lead,the same as i know,BUT NOT WHAT I ORDERED & to only send the one & not two.look's like i'll be trying to sort that out tomorrow,one of the joy's on purchasing online i guess.i just looked on there website & they are still pending,will i get the two i ordered originaly tomorrow !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :asshole: :censored: :shit:
I would give them a call and politely ask them to sort the problem out :wink:
