Post by: sheriff on September 30, 2012, 07:55:57 AM
hello to one and all im back after having a spell away from the GTR in now back in the saddle with a pride and joy a black 09 plate.
anyway the reason for the message last time i was on here i found a place/shop/site whewre they sold pre cut reflective panels for the GTR panniers i think they were from the states?? in day light they looked just like normal panniers until they were hit by headlights during the night. i cant find them anywhere on this site or a link to them does anyone remember them and even better would like to share the info with me or a better upgrade

regards all

Sheriff, good to have you back. It was because of you that the north Wales trip took place two years ago almost and yet you didn't turn up and then you just vanished!

The reflective pannier panels are often on eBay.

Sheriff, in any case glad to have you back on board. I hope you are planning on joining us next year on the annual meet. Be good to meet up with you.

Be VERY careful what you fit to your bike.
White coloured reflectors are illegal if fitted to the rear of UK/EU motor vehicles.
They do a Red rear/Black sides set that are legal here but they are red in daylight too.
The "White" ones are dark grey in daylight.
I have the red ones on mine.
