signed and forwarded to the world
It does make sense, there's too many fatal accidents involving young 'uns in cars that are faster/better than the drivers skills
eeeee when I were a lad, 70 mph downhill with a tail wind was............ dee da deee da :mfr_lol:
My Datsun 120 and Ford Cortina were lucky if they hit 70 at all
Ford Cortina - how the f did I afford that when I were a student
- in some scandinavian country (which one escapes me presently) : part of their driving test is being able to countersteer a car round a constant radius corner , on icy/slippery roads.
- no need to wonder why there is a preponderance of scandinavian fast-men driving fast-cars all over the world.
- i think 95 % of local drivers would fail that "drifting" test. The other 5% would be made up of 50% race-suited pseudo racers and 50% hoodie wearing drifters. Rest need not apply.

Finland, and it's not difficult with a little practice.
Then again over there yer gonna be driving on ice for 4+ months out of every year.
