Title: BOSTIK ADHESIVE QUESTION
Post by: Deon on September 20, 2012, 06:27:58 AM
I need some advice please guys. Part of my tank pad has lost some of it's adhesiveness and is coming loose. What BOSTIK adhesive can I use to stick it back onto the tank that will not affect the paint ?
Any advice will be appreciated. I know I could just replace the tank pad but it is a special pad that is not freely available in SA.

Bostick do a product called "serious glue" which I have used indoors and also to stick on my heated grips. I can recommend it, sticks like shit to a blanket in a very wide range of temperaturs and products.

Look up your local adhesive tape supplier and see if they sell thin clear waterproof double side tape, they usually do, professional gardners use it for repairing their poly tunnels etc.
